Donna has over twelve years experience working in a wide variety of settings with varying age groups. Her primary area of focus has been residential substance abuse treatment for both teens and adults with a specialty in childhood trauma.


She is skilled in working with teens experiencing eating disorders and veterans suffering from PTSD. She approaches therapy from a client-centered viewpoint, building on strengths that clients and their families already have in order to help them deal with life stressors. She is also comfortable with incorporating faith as an effective coping skill.

Donna is a graduate of California State University, Dominguez Hills with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Ronald is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 35 years of counseling experience. He specializes in couple and family communication, male socialization, parenting, and addictions. He has taught parenting classes and facilitated domestic violence and addiction groups, and he has trained professionals and spoken to the public about a variety of topics including addictions, and healing shame.

Michelle is a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist with over 20 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and parents, and providing community mental health services. She has experience with developmental needs, trauma, mood disorders, and parenting.  


Michelle utilizes solution-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to treat a wide variety of mental health needs. She is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and success.  

Michelle received her Bachelors in Psychology at California State University Northridge and her Master's Degree at Chapman University in Psychology with emphasis on marriage and family therapy.

Sandra is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over five years of experience working with children and family. As a veteran, Sandra understands the demands and stresses the military life style can have on individuals and families. She believes that the most important relationship you will have is the one with yourself; that life is a journey with many surprises in store for us.


Sandra's passions includes working through life transitions, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, parent support, domestic violence and high risk behaviors. Her experience also includes working with military children, adults and families.

Chelsea McPherson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over five years of experience working with individuals, children, foster youth, adults, and families in a variety of settings​. Her main treatment approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with themes of Person-Centered Therapy used to support those with whom she works. She is passionate about providing corrective emotional experiences through the use of unconditional positive regard while helping others to examine the way their thought patterns are influencing their well-being. She is experienced in helping parents implement effective strategies to enhance their relationships with children, and in helping individuals work through reactions to traumatic experiences. Ultimately, Chelsea wants to help individuals and families find their own strengths and the confidence to tackle anything that may come their way!
