Todd is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years experience working with adolescents and adults. He specializes in working with individuals and couples primarily from the LGBTQ+ community. He also has extensive experience working with issues of gender identity and sexuality. Using a client-centered approach, Todd meets clients where they are at and encourages them to break down barriers that are limiting their full potential as individuals.


Training: Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Short Treatment, Couple’s Therapy, Psychodynamic Treatment.


Hugo is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He focuses on helping adults and children overcome issues of self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and family changes, and he also has extensive experience with military life and the challenges it presents.


As a therapist, Hugo works with his clients to identify their desires and empower them to make changes in their lives. He understands that making the decision to seek help can be difficult, and he uses an approach that is compassionate, direct, and non-judgmental to create an environment where his clients feel supported in their counseling journey.


Hugo is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Heather is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with fifteen years of experience working within the school system, K through twelfth grade, as well as in community mental health. She has supported clients with a wide range of issues including emotional disturbance, attention/focus challenges, autism, trauma, and loss. Her experience also includes working with and supporting the family system, including birth to five, children, teens, and adults. She strongly believes in the client-therapist relationship and strives to create a supportive and collaborative environment where individuals can feel safe to work through life changes and experiences.

Stacy is a sex/body-positive therapist who provides a shame-free environment where warmth, empathy, and humor are encouraged. It is her mission to help guide people towards balance, empowerment, and resiliency. She does not practice with a “one size fits all,” approach, as she believes all people, relationships, and families are unique and deserve the best fit for their needs. It is her belief that the client is the expert in their own reality. With this in mind, problem solving and interventions can be worked into their everyday life. She is flexible and open to feedback to best tailor what works for each client, and her therapeutic style is eclectic, pulling from different styles to best serve their specific needs.

Jamila is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over ten years experience. She is passionate about working with children and families, specializing in early childhood and adolescence. Jamila uses a systems-based approach to treatment and collaborates with her clients to ensure they will thrive.

Shelby is an Associate Clinical Social Worker with a wide range of experience working with older adults, families, and youth in various settings. Shelby recognizes that therapy can be an extremely vulnerable and personal experience. She uses a collaborative, anti-oppressive, and healing-centered approach to support clients and to help them achieve their goals. She believes growth is a lifelong journey.


Training: Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Based Interventions for Trauma in Schools (CBITS), and Solution-Focused Brief Counseling.
